1) Once ordered and confirmed, no cancellation/ blackmailing.
2) No dead buyers/scammers.
3) Swapping is not allowed .
4) Payment must be made first. No payment = No order
5) Goods must be paid by Singapore cash only.

7) Items sold will neither be exchangeable or refundable
8) We will not hold any responsibility once items are sold.
9) We will not entertain impatient buyers.
10) We will not be held responsible for slight difference in design or colours however we can ensure that items will be at least 85% similar to posted pictures .
11) Delivery is strictly by registered mail and is inclusive in pricing
